RA999 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member" or "Player") and RA999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the RA999 website accessible at ra999.click and all associated services, games, and features provided through it.

By registering an account on RA999, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on RA999 in relation to specific games, promotions, or features — all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

RA999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. To open and maintain an active account on RA999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RA999 operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify the age of members where necessary. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the verified account holder after investigation.
• You must be a genuine individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and organisations may not register as members on RA999 unless expressly permitted in writing.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on RA999 or any affiliated platform. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from RA999 and that period is still active, you are not eligible to register a new account.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep that information updated throughout your membership with RA999.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an RA999 employee or contractor in a role that provides access to non-public operational information relevant to the platform's games or markets.

RA999 reserves the right to request documentation verifying your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any point during your membership. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your RA999 account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one RA999 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration on RA999, you are required to provide your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. You will create a unique username and a secure password. RA999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to protect against unauthorised access.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your RA999 username and password.
• All activity — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals requested — under your account login, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• Notifying RA999 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission.

RA999 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message requesting your RA999 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately at support@ra999.click.

All financial transactions on RA999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The following deposit and withdrawal methods are currently supported on RA999:

All RA999 bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Most RA999 bonuses require the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) to be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly at the point of claiming.
• Bonus and Real Money Separation: RA999 tracks bonus funds and real-money funds in separate wallets. Real-money bets are placed first by default. Once the real-money balance reaches zero, bets are placed from the bonus balance.

• Abuse and Exploitation: RA999 may withhold bonus funds and winnings derived from them if there is evidence that bets were placed in a pattern specifically designed to exploit a promotion rather than for genuine entertainment. This includes but is not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts, minimal risk betting strategies exclusively during bonus periods, and coordinated play with other accounts.

All sports and cricket bets on RA999 are accepted and settled according to the published rules for each sport and market. The following general betting rules apply across all markets on the platform:

• Bets are only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation notification on RA999. If your internet connection fails before confirmation is received, the bet may not have been placed and your balance may not have changed.
• RA999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, particularly for accounts that demonstrate consistent exploitation of pricing errors or unusual betting patterns.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect or "palpably wrong" prices published due to a technical error will be voided and stakes returned to the member's RA999 balance.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or deemed incomplete by the relevant governing body, RA999 will settle according to the specific rules published for that sport. For cricket, this typically follows DLS or the official result if one is declared.
• RA999 uses official data feeds from authorised sports data providers to settle all betting markets. The result declared by these feeds is treated as final for settlement purposes.
• Any bet accepted in error after an event's result is officially known will be voided regardless of the displayed price at the time of placement.

Disputes regarding bet settlement on RA999 must be raised within 72 hours of the market's official settlement time. Claims submitted after this window will not be reviewed. To raise a settlement dispute, contact RA999 support via Live Chat or email with your bet reference number.

All digital games offered on RA999, including Aviator, Teen Patti, and all card game variants, operate under the following general rules:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live digital games on RA999 use a certified, independently audited RNG system. The outcome of every game round is determined by this system and cannot be influenced by RA999, the game provider, or any player. Game results determined by the RNG are final.
• Provably Fair: Certain games including Aviator on RA999 use a provably fair algorithm. The following activities are strictly prohibited on RA999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on RA999, or assisting another person in creating an account to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your RA999 membership.
• Using the RA999 platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment and betting.
• Attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with RA999 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting any software vulnerability, pricing error, or technical defect in the RA999 platform — whether or not the exploitation results in financial gain.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix game outcomes, manipulate live dealer sessions, or unfairly influence the results of any RA999 betting market.
• Using the RA999 platform in connection with any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime under applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access and operate your RA999 account on your behalf, whether for payment or otherwise.
• Making chargebacks on deposits that were genuinely made to your own RA999 account. Any chargeback received in respect of a deposit that was used for betting will result in the immediate suspension of your account and pursuit of the amount through legal channels where appropriate.

RA999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Abuse of promotions, bonuses, or any RA999 incentive programme.
• Account inactivity — accounts that remain unused for a continuous period of 12 months may be marked as dormant and may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee as described in the RA999 fee schedule, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, RA999 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Balances deposited legitimately and not implicated in the breach will be returned to the verified account holder.

Members who wish to close their RA999 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Remaining real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method on file within the standard processing timeframe.

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, text, images, and game interfaces on the RA999 platform are the intellectual property of RA999 or its licensed suppliers and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the RA999 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any part of the RA999 platform without our prior written consent.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's RA999 account where the member failed to maintain adequate password security or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the RA999 platform, even where RA999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits RA999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded. RA999's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their RA999 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

RA999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect members' rights or obligations, RA999 will send a notification to the email address or mobile number registered on the account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you do not agree with any amendment to the RA999 Terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date of the change. Continued use of RA999 after the effective date constitutes full acceptance of the amended Terms.
